Rare Pixel Technologies Pvt Ltd is based over in Kasba Peth at number 107. We are right by Pavale Chowk in Chikkalasandra. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history in the streets. Our office is in a building that has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We have a small team here working on various tech projects. The desks are mostly covered in old hard drives and half-empty coffee mugs. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing; we just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Sometimes the power goes out in the neighborhood and we all have to take a break and sit on the steps for a bit. It’s a nice way to get to know the neighbors. We’ve been at 107 for several years now. The commute is okay for most of us, though the traffic near Pavale Chowk can be a nightmare during the festivals. We handle the coding and the technical stuff that people bring to us. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. There aren’t any big meetings or long speeches here, just the sound of typing and the occasional joke to keep things moving. We like being in Kasba Peth because it feels real and not like those sterile office parks you see elsewhere. It suits the way we work.
