If you find yourself on Saldhana Street in Indira Nagar, you might notice our place at number 34. Rao & Rao Help Line Services has been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. It’s a lived-in kind of space, nothing too flashy or corporate. We’ve got desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual stuff you’d expect to see in an office like this. The street outside can get pretty hectic, especially during the rush hours, but inside we just keep our heads down and handle the calls. People around Indira Nagar know where we are. We aren’t hard to spot. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just deal with it like everyone else on the block. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t have some big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s just the way we like to run things here. There is always something to do, so we stay busy enough. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the seasons change and the neighborhood grow. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. If you need us, you know where to go. We are just regular people trying to provide a service that people actually need without all the extra fluff. We do not mind the noise much anymore.
