You can find us at number 55 in the K H B Colony, right on Dhaore road. It’s one of those spots where you can see everyone passing by on their way to work or back home in the evenings. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about something small. The shop itself is simple. We have a few counters and some chairs for people who have to wait. Communication work means we deal with a lot of different people every single day, and each one has a different story or a different problem they need help with. Dhaore road can get pretty loud during the peak hours, but inside the colony, it’s usually a bit more relaxed. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the name on the front so people know they’ve reached the right place. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we manage to make it work. Most of the day is spent handling the usual stuff, whether it’s fixing a connection or just sorting through the daily mail. We don't really go in for anything fancy here. It’s just a honest place to work and we like being part of the local scene in the colony. It feels like home after being here for so long, and we know everyone's name by now. We just keep doing what we do.
