If you go to Jeevanbhimanagar in Bangalore, you’ll find Ramya Air Travels right across from the water tank. Our address is L 7, and it’s a place people know well because that water tank is a big landmark in the neighborhood. We handle travel stuff, mostly helping people get their tickets and figure out where they need to go. It’s a small office, nothing too grand. We’ve got some maps on the wall and a few computers that have seen better days. The area is quite busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. The pin code here is 560075. We’ve been in this exact spot for a long time now. People from the nearby houses often stop in just to ask a quick question about a flight or a bus. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or they saw our sign while walking past the water tank. It’s a simple business. We sit at our desks, answer the phone, and try to help folks get from one place to another. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but that’s just life in the office. We are just local people working at L 7, trying to make the travel process a bit easier for our neighbors. We like being part of this community here in Bangalore.
