I am Ramesh Kumar R V. My main office is at 14/3 Nrupathunga Road in the Ckn Chambers. However, I also spend a lot of time at our location in the C F C Building, which is on the 2nd Floor. That one is located on 1st Main Road in Palace Guttahalli, Seshadripuram. A very good way to find that building is that it sits right opposite to Yavanika. I move between these spots depending on what needs to be done that day. Nrupathunga Road is quite a prestigious area, but my office there is just a regular workspace. Ckn Chambers is an older building with a lot of history. Then over in Seshadripuram, the C F C Building is where I handle other parts of the business. Being opposite Yavanika is helpful because everyone knows where that is. It’s a landmark for cultural events, so I just tell people to look for that. My offices aren't decorated with expensive things. I prefer a clean desk and a quiet space to think. I’ve been working in these areas for many years now and I know the shortcuts through the traffic. It can be a bit of a juggle going back and forth, but I like the variety. Palace Guttahalli is a nice area with a lot of local character. Both locations serve their purpose well for me. I’m just a local guy doing his job from these two rooms.
