We are based in Bangalore, which is a city that never really seems to sleep anymore. Ramapuram Hospitality is just us trying to manage things in the middle of all this city chaos. We don't have a specific fancy address to brag about, just our spot here in the city where we handle the day-to-day tasks. Hospitality is a funny business because there is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help with something small. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. It’s not like those movies where everything is perfect and quiet. Real work is a bit messy sometimes. We have a small group of people working here, and most of us have been around Bangalore long enough to remember when there were more trees than buildings. We don't spend much time writing big missions or vision statements. That stuff doesn't really help when you are trying to coordinate things on a Tuesday afternoon. We just try to be straightforward with people and get the job done without too much fuss. If something goes wrong, we fix it. If someone asks for a favor, we see if we can do it. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We just stay busy and try to keep up with how fast Bangalore is growing around us every single year.
