Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road is a very busy part of Bangalore. We are at 16/1, near the Kajur Village Road turn-off. It is right across from Mallya Hospital. You can always hear the ambulances and the general roar of the traffic. It is a central location, which makes it easy for people to get to, but parking is a nightmare. Our office is usually full of people coming and going. It is a group office, so there is always something different happening. One corner might be busy with accounts while the other is talking about a new project. We do not have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. It is more of a traditional setup with cabins and hallways. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas. We have been here for a long time, so we have seen the hospital across the street grow and change. The lunchroom is where most of the actual talking happens. We share stories and complain about the traffic. It is a very honest way to spend the day. There is no corporate polish here. We just try to stay on top of the work and keep the files organized. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like the energy of being in the middle of the city. It keeps you on your toes. We are just a group of people trying to do our jobs well.
