Starting our mornings at House No-11 on 8th Cross is just how it goes for us. M.S.R. Nagar is usually quite still in the early hours before the Bangalore traffic really picks up speed. Finding the 2nd Main isn't too difficult once you have the directions in your head, but the 8th Cross can be easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. We have been here in the Mathekere area for a good while now. The building is just a regular house turned into our workspace. It’s got that lived-in feel that you don't get in those new office parks. Sometimes the local dogs bark at the gate when we arrive, and that’s how we know the day has started. We spend most of our time just keeping the place in order and handling the daily chores. There is always a desk to wipe down or some papers to sort through. Ramanashree California Resort is our base, and we don't try to make it sound more grand than it is. It's just a practical spot where we get our work done. The weather around here gets a bit humid, and when it rains, the 8th Cross can get a little muddy, but we just deal with it. We aren't big on fancy speeches or polished meetings. We just keep the doors open and do what we need to do. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood.
