Ramachandra Reddy D S

Our office is in the Jeevan Building over at Kumara Park East. We are at number 11 on the Place Main Road. It’s a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of the city. I’ve always liked Kumara Park because of the greenery and the wide roads. Ramachandra Reddy D S is the name on our plaque. The building itself is an older one, which gives it a bit of character that the new glass buildings don't have. Inside, it’s mostly just me and a couple of others. We have some wooden desks and the usual office supplies. Nothing fancy at all. Sometimes the monkeys come onto the balcony and we have to make sure the windows are shut tight. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We get our work done without much fuss. Most of the people who come to see us are regular folks from the nearby houses or businesses. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone comes by, they just pull up a chair. I usually walk to a small eatery nearby for my lunch. The routine hasn't changed in years. It’s a steady way to live and work. The Jeevan Building has seen a lot of people come and go, but we’ve stayed put for quite a while now. It’s a decent place to spend the day and handle whatever comes our way.
