This is Rama Swamy M R S. You can find me at C 1 on Cubbonpet Main Road, right at the 10th Cross. This area is known for being a bit crowded and loud, but it’s where all the action is. I’ve been working out of this small unit for many years. It’s not a large place. There’s just enough room for me and the things I need to run the business. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. People come in and out all day. Some are regulars who have been coming here since I first opened. I handle everything myself for the most part. It’s easier that way so I know exactly what’s happening. The 10th Cross is a landmark most people know, so I don’t have to give long directions. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the door, so I have to keep an eye on that. It’s a very local way of doing things. I don’t use any fancy software or big machines. Just a pen, some notebooks, and a phone. The noise from the main road is constant, but it feels like home now. I usually close up early in the evening when the shops around me start shutting their shutters. It’s a steady life and I don’t ask for much more than that. I think sticking to the basics is the best way to avoid trouble.
