The Manipal Center is a pretty well-known building, so people usually don't have a hard time finding where we are. We are up in the N block. The office is a mix of old and new stuff. We’ve got some modern computers but also some old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. Dickenson Road is always packed with cars and people, so it’s quite lively. Inside, we just focus on the synergy part of the work, which mostly means a lot of meetings and trying to get different teams to talk to each other. It’s harder than it sounds. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes the office is a mess of papers and half-finished projects, but we know where everything is. It’s a human way of working. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when we have to. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we like the location because it’s central. You can get almost anywhere from here. It’s a practical place for a practical business, and we just keep plugging away at it day by day. We’ve learned that the most important thing is just showing up and dealing with whatever the day throws at you. It is what it is.
