Our office is right by the Upparpet Police Station, inside the Corporation Complex. If you know where Kamrej Char Rasta is, we are basically right there. It’s a hectic area with all the buses and cars moving through Kamrej Cross Road. We spend most of our day on the phone or talking to people who walk in wanting to go somewhere. Usually, they are looking for a car for a trip or maybe a bus ticket to another city. We’ve been at 8 Race Course Road for a bit, and it’s a good spot because everyone passes by eventually. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once, but we just pull up some extra chairs. We deal with drivers, routes, and schedules all day long. It can be a bit tiring when the traffic is bad and the phones won't stop ringing, but that’s just how the travel business goes. We try to keep things organized with our logs and notebooks. It’s not like those big corporate travel places you see online. We’re just a local shop near the station helping folks get from one place to another without too much fuss. We know the roads around here pretty well. Most of the time, we’re just busy checking if the vehicles are ready or if the drivers are on time. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of every day, but we enjoy the pace of it.
