You can find Rakesh Tourist at 21/12 in the Azeema Building, which is part of the Mira Co Op Housing Society in Kalasipalyam. We are situated right across from the bus stand, so it’s always a very busy area with people coming and going. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a long time. Our main thing is helping people with their travel plans, whether it’s booking a seat or arranging a small trip. The office is small and usually has a few people waiting around. Because we are so close to the bus stand, there is always noise from the engines and the crowds outside. It’s a very practical place, not meant for lounging around. We have maps and schedules pinned up on the walls to keep track of things. We don't do any big marketing; most people just walk in because they see our sign while they are at the station. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we know the routes around here very well. Sometimes the days are very long, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to travel at once. We just try to keep things organized so nobody misses their connection. It's an old building, but it works for us. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without any fuss. It’s a good location for travellers.
