Malleshwaram has that old-school feel, and our office fits right in. We aren't trying to be modern or trendy. We have heavy wooden tables and shelves filled with thick books on tax law. It’s a bit of a maze of paper sometimes, but Rajgopal and Badrinarayana know exactly where everything is. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we are busy with year-end accounts. We get a lot of local clients who have been coming to us for years. They just walk in, sit down, and we talk about their finances over a glass of water or some tea. It’s a very human way of doing business. We don't use much fancy jargon. We just explain things simply. The building itself is an older one, which gives it some character. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We spend our days checking entries and making sure everything balances out. It’s not glamorous, but it’s important work. We like being part of the Malleshwaram community. It’s a busy place with a lot of history, much like our practice here at Padmashri Mansion. We just stick to the basics and keep working through the files. There is always plenty to do and not enough hours in the day to finish it all.
