My office is up on the first floor at 54 Munnewaram, right by Mata Rani Chawk. It is a good location because it's easy for people to find once they get to the chawk. You just have to look for the stairs near the corner. I’ve been working from this space for a bit now, and it’s mostly just me and a couple of others keeping things moving along. We don't have a big staff or a lot of complicated systems. Usually, I'm sitting at the main desk dealing with whatever comes in that morning. Sometimes the street noise from below is quite loud, especially on market days when everyone is out, but you get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a week or two. The office itself is nothing special, just some wooden desks, chairs, and the usual files we need to keep things organized. We try to stay on top of the work as it arrives. People stop by to talk about their requirements and we see what can be done. It’s a straightforward way to run things. I think being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of what’s happening outside without being right in the middle of the sidewalk crowd. We don't really have a lot of decorations or anything like that. It's a workplace. We show up, do the tasks that need doing, and that's about it for the day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the seasons.
