My name is Rajesh H N and my shop is located at 107 Gandhi Bazaar. We are right by Kasturi Chowk in the Guruwar Peth area. This is one of the older parts of the city, so it’s always crowded and full of life. I’ve been here for many years, watching the market change. My business is small and it’s just how I like it. I don’t have a big team of people working for me. It’s usually just me and maybe one other person helping out with the chores. We deal with people from all over the neighborhood. Gandhi Bazaar is a place where everyone knows everyone. It’s noisy and dusty, but it’s where we belong. I spend most of my time behind the counter or organizing the back. It’s not a polished environment. There’s stuff piled up sometimes, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the work gets done. I don’t go for any of that modern corporate talk. I just talk to people like I would to my neighbors. If someone needs something, I see if I can provide it. Kasturi Chowk is a landmark for us. If you get lost, just ask anyone for the chowk and they’ll point you the right way. Guruwar Peth has a lot of history, and I’m glad to be a small part of it. We keep things simple and practical every day of the week.
