Our place is at number 60, near M H Plaza on B Street. It’s right there on the 3rd Cross in Mamulpet. If you’ve been to this area, you know how tight the lanes are. We have a steady stream of people coming through all day. We sell all kinds of novelty items and small stuff. The shop is usually a bit cluttered because we try to have a lot of variety for everyone. There’s always someone coming in asking for something we just sold out of. We try to keep up with the demand as best as we can. The building is old, and it has some quirks, but it’s home for the business. We start work early to avoid the worst of the heat and the crowds. Most of our neighbors have been here as long as we have. We all know each other well. We spend time checking the prices and making sure the displays aren't too messy. It’s hard to keep it perfect when people are always rummaging through the bins. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just open the doors and help whoever comes in. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s slow. On slow days, we just sit and watch the people go by on B Street. It’s a good spot for seeing the world. We’re just a local business doing our thing every day. We hope to stay here for many more years while things keep changing around us.
