Our office is based in Bangalore, specifically in the 560034 area. If you know the city, you know how the traffic can get around here, so we usually just stay put and focus on the ledgers. We’ve been handling accounting and tax stuff for a long time now. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks surrounded by stacks of paper and calculators. People come to us when they have a problem with their filings or just need someone to look over their books. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions or fancy coffee machines you see in the big tech parks. It’s a plain room with good fans and enough light to read the small print on government forms. Sometimes the tax season gets a bit chaotic and we end up staying late, eating snacks at the desk and double-checking the columns. Bangalore has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings going up everywhere, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We know our clients by name and they usually just walk in without much of a formal appointment. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We just take the numbers and put them where they belong so everyone stays out of trouble with the authorities.
