If you're looking for us, we are on the 1st floor of number 83 in Malleshwaram. It’s right at the 5th Cross on 1st Main. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you’re coming up. I’ve been at this desk for years now. Rajashekar T A is the name people look for. The 1st floor is nice because you get away from the immediate dust of the street, but you still hear the flower sellers and the bikes going by. It’s a busy intersection down there. Inside, the space is filled with stacks of paper and some old equipment that still runs fine. We don’t see any reason to replace things just because they’re old. My assistant usually brings in some tiffin around noon and we eat right here at the desks. Malleshwaram has changed so much with all the new shops, but our little corner feels pretty much the same as it did ten years ago. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps the room cool enough. Most of our visitors are people who have been coming here for a long time. They know where to find the bell and where to sit. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't use any complicated systems. Just pen, paper, and the occasional phone call to get things moving.
