Rajas Tours

Rajas Tours is tucked away on Basavanagar 1St Cross, specifically at Markam Road 113/14, 8Thmainrd, Bsk 3Rd Street. That address is a bit of a mouthful, we know, but it’s where we spend all our time. The office is tucked into the street and it’s one of those places where you have to look twice to make sure you’re at the right door. We’ve got maps on the walls and a few old calendars that we forgot to change. It’s mostly just us and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone, usually trying to sort out schedules or talking to drivers. Basavanagar is a busy area, so there is always someone walking by or a bike honking outside. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a bit disorganized sometimes, with notes scribbled on scraps of paper instead of a proper notebook. We don’t really care much for the polished look that some other places go for. We just want to make sure the tours happen like they are supposed to. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, just drinking chai and double-checking lists. It’s just how we operate here on Markam Road, keeping things moving without making a big fuss about it.
