Started here at Sreematha Building a long time ago. Jayanagar 6th block is pretty quiet usually, but 24th cross gets its share of traffic during the school rush. Our spot at number 175 isn't hard to find if you know the area well. It's just a regular place where we do our work every day. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, but we just sit and talk until it comes back. The building has some age to it now, and you can see it in the walls, but it’s home for us. Most people who come by are locals who live a few streets away. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door. It's mostly quiet inside, which is nice when you're trying to get things finished before the sun goes down. My desk faces the window so I see the trees outside. It’s a good spot. I remember when the building next door was just an empty lot. Now everything is crowded. We keep things simple here. No fancy furniture or anything. Just some chairs and the stuff we need to get the job done. If you walk down the cross, there’s a small shop for tea which is where I go around four. It's been the same routine for years and I don't see it changing much. Just doing what we do at Rajagopal D.
