We've been over here at Rajarajeshwari Nagar for a while now. Most people just know us as the place on 1st Main in Royal Shelter where you go when you need a car or a bus for a trip. It's nothing fancy, just a desk and some phones and making sure the drivers show up when they say they will. Living in 775, you get to know the neighbors and how the traffic gets around this part of town. Local trips and outstation stuff make up most of what we do. My cousin started helping out last year because the phone doesn't stop ringing on weekends. Hectic times come around during wedding season, to be honest. Keeping the cars clean is always a goal, though the dust in Bangalore makes that a full-time job. If you walk past Royal Shelter, you'll probably see one of our white cars parked out front. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. Simple things like getting people from point A to point B without too much fuss are what we like. Sometimes the GPS acts up or a road is closed, but a way through is usually found. It's just us working here, trying to keep the schedule straight. Someone is usually around most mornings if you want to stop by and ask about a booking. Talking to people who come by or call the number is how we handle things since we don't do much online stuff. It works for us and the folks in the neighborhood.
