Raja Housing Ltd

Raja Housing Ltd is based over in Shanthi Nagar, specifically on Basappa Road at F2. It's a quiet enough street most of the time, though you get the usual neighborhood sounds. We have been in this spot for some time. The office is small and tucked away, which suits us just fine because we aren't really into the whole big corporate building thing. Most of the morning is spent checking emails and talking to folks who walk in off the street. Shanthi Nagar has a certain feel to it, and we are right in the middle of the community. Our desks are usually covered in notes about different housing projects. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very normal way to spend the day. We handle things here, mostly just looking at what’s available and talking through the details with anyone who is interested. Basappa Road is easy to find if you know where the main junction is. There's a big tree near the entrance that gives some nice shade in the summer months. We don't have any flashy advertisements or anything like that. Just the name on the door and us inside doing the work. It’s a steady pace here, nothing too rushed, just making sure things are done right before we lock up and head home for the evening. It is a good way to work.
