You can find Raj Developers at No.642, 10th A Cross, West of Chord Road, 2nd Stage. We are quite close to Modi Hospital, which is a big landmark around here in the 560086 area of Bangalore. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. It’s a practical workspace where we manage our construction projects. There are usually files stacked up and some dusty boots near the door because we spend so much time out at the work sites. Being near Modi Hospital makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. We do a lot of the planning and paperwork right here at the desks. It’s a small operation, so you usually end up talking to the person who is actually doing the work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our days are spent coordinating with contractors or checking on materials. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when things aren't moving as fast as they should, but that's just part of being a developer. We like this part of town because it’s well-connected for getting around. If you walk in, you’ll likely hear us on the phone or looking over a site plan. We just focus on getting the buildings finished and making sure the permits are all in order. It’s a lot of boring but necessary work that keeps things moving.
