Rain Platforms India Private Limited is up on the 15th floor of Concorde Towers. We are right in the middle of UB City on Vittal Mallya Road. It's a tall building, so the view is pretty good if you bother to look out the window. Most of the time, we’re just looking at our monitors though. It’s a bit of a fancy address, but inside, we’re just regular people. We have a few rows of desks and a small area to sit and eat. The elevator ride up takes a minute when it’s busy. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just come in, do our hours, and head out. It gets pretty quiet in our corner of the office most afternoons. We aren't the type to have long meetings for no reason. We just talk about what needs doing and then we do it. The area around UB City is always packed with people and cars, so getting here in the morning is a bit of a struggle sometimes with the traffic. We keep things pretty informal despite being in a big tower. No one wears ties or anything like that. It’s just a place where work happens. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so nobody gets too stressed out about the deadlines. It’s just a job at the end of the day. We’re glad to be where we are, but we don't make a big deal out of it. Just a group of people working together in a big city.
