Raghunatha Charya Adv is based at 3 Balepet in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate, which is on L B S Marg. Being in an industrial estate means the surroundings are very practical and focused on business. There is always a lot of activity with trucks and people moving things around, which gives the place a hardworking feel. Our office is tucked into this environment and fits right in. It’s not a place for showing off, just a place for getting things done. L B S Marg is a major road, so it’s easy to get to, though the traffic can be a bit much at times. Inside the estate, we have our own little corner where we handle our daily business. The office itself is pretty basic with standard furniture and plenty of space for our records. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a lot of staff running around. It’s mostly just us working through our list of things to do. The industrial setting suits us because we aren't trying to be something we're not. We appreciate the honest work that goes on all around us in Ghatkopar. We’ve been here long enough to know the rhythms of the estate and when the best time to avoid the main road traffic is. It’s a solid place to work and we plan on staying here for the foreseeable future.
