We are located at No.10 in the Trust Complex, right on the ground floor. If you are coming down Dvg Road, just look for Gokul Restaurant because we are right opposite that. We’ve been here in Basavanagudi for a long time now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out eating and shopping. Our office isn't very large, just a simple space where we handle all our technical work. People usually just walk in when they have a problem with their systems or need some advice. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy waiting rooms. It's more of a place where you just come in and tell us what’s wrong. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to drop off their gear without climbing stairs. Being in Trust Complex has worked out well for us over the years. We know most of the other shop owners around here. It feels like a small community even though the road outside is always loud and crowded. Sometimes the traffic on Dvg Road makes it hard to get here, but once you find us, it’s pretty straightforward. We deal with all sorts of tech issues every day. Raga Infotech Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working hard to keep things running for our neighbors. We try to be honest and just get the job done without making a big deal out of it.
