We operate Radius Hospitality Concepts from a spot in Vinayak Nagar, which is just off the main Airport Road in Bangalore. It is a very convenient location because it is easy to get to, though the traffic near the airport can be a bit much at times. Our office is a very straightforward and practical space where we focus on the work we do for the hospitality industry. It is not a decorated showroom or a high-end corporate office; it is more of a functional hub with desks, blueprints, and lots of folders. The building itself is quite plain, and we share the area with several other small businesses and local shops. You can hear the sound of planes in the distance throughout the day, which reminds us of where we are. We have a small team here, and we usually just sit together and figure out the best way to handle the projects we have on our plate. There is no fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you; you just walk in and find us at our desks. We keep things very simple and focus on being honest about what we can do. Our lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the small local eateries nearby that the staff has frequented for years. It is a very grounded environment where we don't worry about looking polished. We just put in our hours and try to make sure everything we work on is solid.
