Radisson White Sands Resort

We are situated right on Hosur Road in Bangalore. If you know this city, you know that Hosur Road is one of the busiest stretches you can find. It’s always packed with people heading towards Electronic City or back into the center. Radisson White Sands Resort is a bit of an escape from all that madness once you get inside. We handle the management and the guest services from here. It’s a busy place because there are always people checking in or out. The staff here has to stay on their toes. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around. The lobby is nice, but the back offices where we work are just normal rooms with computers and printers. It’s a lot of work making sure the rooms are ready and the food is good. We’ve got a big team, from the cleaners to the front desk folks. Most of us have been working in hotels for a long time, so we’ve seen it all. The Bangalore weather helps keep things pleasant, but when it rains, the traffic on Hosur Road gets even worse. We just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who stays with us. There isn't any fancy corporate talk here. We just deal with the daily tasks as they come up. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve got a good rhythm going after all this time. We usually grab lunch at the local places nearby when we get a break.
