Radifinity Solutions India Pvt Ltd is located over on Banneraghatta Road, near Oshiwara. If you know the area, you know how the traffic gets during peak hours. It’s a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Our office is in a building that’s seen better days, honestly. We occupy a space on the 5th and 6th levels. The elevator is usually slow, so some of us just take the stairs if we’re feeling energetic. Inside, it’s mostly just open floor space with rows of computers. We do back-end solutions and tech support, which means there’s always a lot of clicking and typing sounds going on. We don't have any of those fancy Silicon Valley perks like bean bags or ping-pong tables. It’s just a place where people come to work their shifts. We get a lot of sunlight through the windows in the afternoon, which makes the monitors hard to see sometimes, so we had to put up some cheap curtains. The name sounds a bit corporate, but we’re a fairly relaxed group. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while watching videos. There’s a small pantry with a kettle that everyone uses for coffee. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We’ve been here for a few years now and have just gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the noise of the street.
