We are Radiant Structures Pvt Ltd, and we work out of JP Nagar 1st Phase. Our office is on the first floor, right at 48/49 on the 9th Cross of Sarakki Main Road. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of shops around us. We’ve been here for a while, building various structures around South Bangalore. The office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks. It’s not a very quiet place because there’s always someone coming in or out. We spend a lot of our time on site, wearing boots and helmets, making sure the laborers are doing okay. It’s honest work and it gets our hands dirty. We don’t really do much advertising; most people just hear about us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are straight. Sometimes the monsoon makes things difficult and we have to pause work, but that’s just part of the job. We enjoy being in JP Nagar. There’s a nice mix of old houses and new apartments here. Our team is small but we know what we’re doing. We don’t use any corporate jargon. If something is going to take six months, we tell you it’ll take six months. We just try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. It's just us, working on buildings, day in and day out.
