We are over at 2, 14th Main Road in the RPC Layout part of Vijaya Nagar. It’s a bit more of a residential vibe compared to the city center, which we actually quite like. The pace is a little slower, and we get to know the families who live on the nearby streets. Our shop is full of the usual novelty stuff—toys, small decorations, and bits of stationery. We try to keep a variety so there is something for everyone who walks in. The shop floor is often a bit cluttered because we’re always getting new things in and don’t always have the time to put them away perfectly. We’re just regular people working here, trying to make a living like everyone else. Sometimes the rain makes things quiet, and we just sit by the door and watch the puddles form on 14th Main. Other times, it’s a total scramble when a group of kids comes in after school. We don't have any big corporate plans; we just want to keep the doors open and the shelves filled. It’s a simple life, really. We’ve been in Vijaya Nagar long enough that the shop feels like a second home to us. We don't put on any acts for the customers. We’re just here, doing what we’ve always done, day in and day out.
