Our office is on the first floor at 118/5, New Post Office Road. We are in the Joseph Reddy Layout, which is part of Lingarajapuram in Bangalore. St Thomas Town Post is right nearby, so it’s easy for people to find the building. We handle hospitality services, which means a lot of coordination for guest houses and catering. It’s a busy environment. There are always staff members coming in to check their rosters or delivery drivers asking for directions. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It isn’t a high-rise glass building. It’s a local spot where we know the name of the guy who sells snacks downstairs. We spend our mornings on the phone making sure the food is arriving at the right sites and that the rooms are clean. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big event is happening. We don’t have a big fancy website or a marketing department. We just do the work and keep the records in our ledgers. Most of us have been working in hospitality for years. We understand how to handle the small details that matter. It is a practical business. We don't use corporate jargon here. We just talk normally and get the job done. If there’s a problem, we fix it and move on to the next task on the list. It’s just how things go.
