Our business is based in the KBSR Complex, which is at number 179 on the Hennur-Bagalur Road. We are specifically in the Kannur Post area. If you’re heading towards the airport, you’ve probably passed somewhere near us at some point. The road is getting wider and busier every year. We focus on lighting solutions, which basically means we sell a lot of different types of lamps and fixtures for buildings and homes. The complex is a typical local commercial building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our displays and the office space. It’s a family-style environment even though it’s a private limited company on paper. We have people coming in looking for specific parts or wanting to light up a whole new house they just built. We don’t use any of those big marketing slogans or glossy ads. We just show them what we have in stock and what might work for their budget. The staff knows which lights last and which ones are just for show. Sometimes the deliveries arrive a little late because of the heavy traffic on Bagalur road, but we manage. It’s a steady kind of life here. We open up in the morning, check the orders, and help whoever walks through the door. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local scene in the Hennur area. It keeps us busy enough.
