Raamesh Infotech is over at 89/4 on the H M T Main Road in Mathikere. It’s a small shop filled with computers, cables, and parts that we’ve collected over the years. Most days, we’re hunched over a desk with a magnifying glass or a screwdriver, trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't working. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the towers and monitors stacked up. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a bench where you can sit if you’re waiting for a quick fix. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or if the screen is cracked, and we see what we can do. Some days it’s easy, other days we’re stuck on one problem for hours. The H M T Main Road is usually humming with people, so there’s always someone popping in to ask a question about a printer or a virus. We try to keep up with all the new stuff, but honestly, it changes so fast it’s hard to stay on top of everything. We aren't some big tech firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, working through the repairs and trying to get things back to people as soon as we can. It’s dusty work, surprisingly, with all the fans pulling in dirt, so we’re always cleaning something out. That’s just how it is at Raamesh Infotech.
