Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't looking closely at the Motati Meadows Building in Benniganahalli. We are in room 406. It’s a decent-sized building over in Nagavarapalya, right in the CV Raman Nagar area. At R Santosh Kumar & Associates, we spend a lot of time just sitting at our desks dealing with whatever comes across the table. The view from the fourth floor is mostly just other buildings and some trees, which is nice when you need a break. We have a few computers that are getting a bit slow, but they still do the job. The carpet is a bit worn out in the spots where we move our chairs. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, so most of us just use the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always noise coming from the street. We’ve got a small kettle in the back for making tea, which is where we usually hang out during the mid-afternoon slump. It isn't a corporate setup with a big logo in the lobby. We just have our name on a small plate by the door. We handle the paperwork and the meetings as they come. Our neighbors in the building are mostly other small offices, so it’s pretty quiet in the hallways. We sometimes talk to the security guard downstairs who has been there as long as we have. The windows in the office don't open all the way, so we rely on the fans to keep the air moving.
