You can find our office at No-377, tucked away on 1st Cross in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar. It’s off 7th Main, so if you know T. Dasarahalli, you probably know the area. We’ve been running R R Manpower Services from this spot for some time now. It’s not a huge operation, just us helping people find work and companies find staff. The phone rings a lot, usually someone looking for a job or a business needing an extra hand. We try to keep track of everyone, but it gets busy. This neighborhood has a lot of energy. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with bikes and people moving around, but that's just how it is here. We aren't trying to be some massive agency. We just want to make sure the guys we send out are doing alright and the work gets done. It’s honest work, really. Most of our days are spent talking to people or checking schedules. We’ve seen a lot of folks come through these doors. Some stay for years, others just need something for a few weeks. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open up in the morning and get to it. It’s a practical business. If you’re walking down 7th Main and turn onto our cross, you’ll see the sign. We’re usually inside dealing with some paperwork or another. It’s just a local thing that keeps us busy from day to day.
