R P T Rock Cutting

We are located at 132 Banashankari 3rd Stage, right in the Keb Quarters across from PES College. R P T Rock Cutting is a local business that does exactly what the name says. We spend our days working with stone and heavy equipment. It’s loud and dusty work, but we’ve been doing it at this spot for a long time. The location is pretty easy to find because everyone knows the college. We aren't a big corporation with suits and boardrooms. We are just workers who know how to handle the machinery. Our yard is usually full of blocks and pieces of rock waiting to be processed. We work with builders and homeowners who need specific sizes or shapes for their projects. Sometimes the weather slows us down, especially when it rains hard, but mostly we are out there every day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; the work we do usually speaks for itself when people see it on a building site. Our neighbors in the quarters know us well. We just try to get the jobs done on time without making too much of a mess of things. It's a small crew here and we all put in the hours to keep things moving forward. We enjoy the physical nature of the work despite the noise.
