Patel Traders

Patel Traders is located right in the middle of the chaos on Sadar Patrappa Road in Bangalore. If you have ever been to this part of town you know how it is. It is loud and there are people everywhere all the time. We are situated just behind S.J. Park Road. It is not the easiest place to park a car but people find a way. Our shop is full of things and sometimes it is hard to find a specific item quickly but we know where everything is kept. We have been here for a long time now. We see the same faces every week and some new ones too. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations because that is not what we are about. We just sell our goods and talk to the customers who walk through the door. Some days are so busy we don't even have time to sit down for a proper meal. We just grab a chai from the guy outside and keep going. It is a bit dusty and cramped but it feels like home to us. We aren't interested in being a big chain store or anything. We like being a local business where you can just walk in and ask for what you need. It is straightforward and honest work. We stay until the shutters go down at night and then we do it all again the next morning. It is just a normal shop.
