We are Jcr Drillsol Pvt Ltd and our workshop is at 20B Peenya Industrial Area. It’s out towards Electronic City. Being in an industrial area means it’s not exactly the cleanest or quietest place to work. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around. We have a decent amount of space in unit 20B for our equipment and the parts we handle. It’s a functional building, made of concrete and metal, built for heavy work rather than for looks. The staff here has been working together for a long time. We don't really have a front office with air conditioning; we just work where the machines are. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. Peenya is a big place, so we tell people to look for the specific block numbers. We handle drilling solutions, so our floors are often covered in metal shavings or oil. It’s a tough environment but it suits the kind of work we do. We don't put much stock in fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just get the orders done and make sure the drills are ready to go. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. The industrial life isn't for everyone, but for us at Jcr Drillsol, it’s just the daily routine at our Peenya base.
