R M V Communication is located at number 20 on the 1st Main Road, 16th Cross in Lakshmipuram. We’re in the Ulsoor area, but a bit further back in the residential parts compared to the main market. This place started out small and it’s stayed that way, which is how we like it. We handle a bit of everything here, from travel needs to other local communication services. It’s the kind of shop where the neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they don’t need anything that day. The office isn't very large, and it can get a bit cramped when more than two people are inside, but we make it work. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know most of the streets and the people. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people seeing the sign or knowing us from around the block. The work is steady and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes we run out of tea and have to close up for five minutes to go to the stall nearby. It’s a very human way of doing business, I think. We don’t use big words or make big promises. We just do the tasks that come our way and try to help the people in Lakshmipuram get their stuff sorted out.
