R. K. Overseas

R. K. Overseas has been operating out of Banashankari 2nd Stage for several years now. We are tucked away on 9th Main, specifically at the address 24th Cross 417. It is a quiet enough corner compared to the loud main roads nearby. We started this because we saw a need for someone to help with all the paperwork and shipping stuff that often confuses people. It isn't a huge corporate office or anything, just a few desks and a lot of folders piled up on shelves. My cousin and a couple of helpers are usually here from early morning until late in the evening. Sometimes the internet connection acts up and we get behind on our emails, which is really frustrating for everyone. We don't have a big business philosophy or a special mission. We just try to get the documents processed so people can finally send their things where they need to go. There's a small tea stall just around the corner where we spend most of our breaks. You won't find any glossy brochures or fancy sales people here. Most of our clients find us because someone they know told them we were okay to deal with. It gets a bit chaotic when there are many deadlines hitting all at once. We have learned to just handle one file at a time until it's done. The office gets a bit dusty because of the constant construction nearby, but we keep it going regardless. It’s a simple way to make a living for us local people.
