R J Winsys Technologies Pvt Ltd operates out of the 2nd floor at 170 Kasturi Nagar. The building is called Srinivasa Nilya. It’s a typical office setup where we spend most of our time in front of monitors. Kasturi Nagar is a residential and commercial mix, so it feels quite lived-in around here. We don't have a big sign outside or a glass lobby. It’s just a regular door that leads into our workspace. Inside, you’ll find some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of cables running along the floor. We work on various tech projects, and the atmosphere is usually quiet with just the sound of typing and the hum of the AC. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when we need a break from the screens. We started this because we wanted a place to work on our ideas without the noise of a big corporate park. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We eat our lunch together sometimes or just grab coffee from the place around the corner. We don't go for flashy office decor or anything like that. We just need a good internet connection and enough space to think. It’s a steady place to work, and we’ve made this little corner of Kasturi Nagar our home for the business.
