R D S Associates is tucked away at 12/A Jp 1St Phase. It’s a quiet enough corner, though things pick up during the day. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really need a big sign. Most people find us through word of mouth or just by passing by. The space we have isn't huge, but it fits everything we need. We handle a lot of the usual business stuff that associates do, mostly paperwork and meeting with folks from around the area. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building where we get our work done. Jp 1St Phase has a certain feel to it, and we like being part of that local vibe. We’ve got a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle that’s always on. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go for those fancy mission statements. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door at 12/A. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with folders, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a comfortable way to work. We aren't trying to expand into some giant firm; we're happy right here where we started. It’s just us doing what we do every day. The floorboards creak a little and the windows could use a wash, but it's a real place where real work happens without any pretension.
