Our office is over on Kaggadasapura Main Road at number 3, right on the corner of 22nd Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is packed with houses and small shops. We work in the real estate side of things, but we are not a giant company with hundreds of people. It is a handful of us in a regular office space. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and dealing with property papers. The neighborhood is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot right in front, so we usually park a bit further down the street. We have been at this location for a while. The office inside is mostly just desks piled with files and a few computers that have seen better days. We do not really do the whole fancy corporate thing. We just talk to people who are looking for land or apartments and try to help them figure out what works for them. Usually, there is a kettle going for tea in the back. It is a simple routine. We open up in the morning, check our messages, and see who is coming by. It is not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy and we like the local feel of the Kaggadasapura area. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us.
