You can find us on the second floor of the Charishma building, which is right on the Jeevan Bhima Nagar Main Road. We’re in the HAL III Stage area, so it’s a pretty established part of town. The building is shared with a few other businesses, but we occupy units 2 and 3. It’s mostly just rows of desks and people with headphones on. The area outside is always buzzing because of the market and the shops nearby. Finding parking can be a bit of a headache if you come after ten in the morning, so most of us try to get in early. The office itself has big windows that let in some light, though we usually keep the blinds down to stop the glare on the monitors. We’ve got a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s a standard software setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We deal with a lot of code and technical stuff, so it stays fairly quiet inside most of the day. The hum of the air conditioner is usually the loudest thing you’ll hear. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick snack at one of the local joints. It’s a practical place to work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand until the day is done.
