Quest Technosoft Solution Pvt Ltd is located at 28/A in the Krishna Reddy Colony in Domlur. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We have a small ground-floor space that we’ve turned into our office. It’s mostly just rows of computers and a few whiteboards that never seem to get fully erased. We are a private limited company, but it feels more like a small group of friends working together. We don't have a fancy dress code. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We spend a lot of time typing and staring at screens. Sometimes we take our laptops and sit outside on the small porch when the weather is nice. We aren't one of those big tech giants with a cafeteria and gym. We just have a small fridge for our lunch boxes and a water cooler. People in the colony know us as the guys who are always there late at night with the lights on. We don't do any big promotions. Most of our work comes from people we already know or neighbors who need some help with their systems. It’s a practical way to run things. We just try to solve the puzzles that come our way every day. The internet connection is usually good, which is really all we need to keep things moving along for the most part.
