Quality Assurance

The name on our paperwork is Quality Assurance, and you can find us in Pattuvam, which is a small place in Kannur, Kerala. We’ve been here since around 1985, though the work has changed over the decades. Pattuvam is a green, quiet area, far away from the big city rush. Our office is just a simple building that fits right into the village atmosphere. In Kerala, the weather dictates a lot of how we work. When the monsoons hit, the rain on the roof is so loud we can barely hear each other talk. But on sunny days, it’s a very peaceful place to get things sorted. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or modern decor. It is mostly old wooden desks and piles of documents that need checking. People in the village know us well. We usually walk to work or take a short ride through the narrow lanes. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks. Sometimes we spend more time talking to the neighbors over tea than we should, but that is part of being in a small town. We take our time with the work to make sure it's right. It isn't about being fast; it’s about being steady and honest with what we do every single day. We don't need much more than our current setup to get things done.
