Quality Assurance Analyst

If you find yourself in the Anadapura area of Bangalore, you might pass by "Vani Nilayam" at number 12. That is where we are based. It’s very close to the Mother Teresa School, so we often hear the kids playing or the school bells ringing during the day. It’s a nice change from the usual office silence. As a Quality Assurance Analyst team, we spend a huge amount of our time looking at screens and checking over details that most people would probably ignore. The work is quiet and requires a lot of focus, so being in a residential spot like this helps us stay concentrated. We have a few computers set up in the main room and a small kitchen where we make coffee. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so we are glad we don’t have to commute to a big tech park every morning. We just walk or ride our scooters here and get straight to it. The house itself is a typical Bangalore home, and we like that it doesn't feel like a sterile workplace. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that's just part of living and working here. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just look at the data, find the errors, and try to make things work better than they did yesterday. That is just how our days go in this quiet house.
