You can find us over in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, right on S V Road at units 220 and 221. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on outside, trucks moving back and forth and a lot of dust in the air. Qualitree Solutions is basically just a regular office space where we handle our daily tasks without much fuss. The building itself is pretty old, but it works for what we need. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks and a lot of cables running along the floor that everyone has to be careful not to trip over. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't really need to say much to understand who is doing what. Lunchtime usually involves someone bringing in food from home and everyone sharing it in the small break area. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front windows, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door just goes and opens it. It's a very straightforward way of working. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which gives us an excuse to take a short break. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun starts to go down over the factories. It keeps things simple for everyone involved.
